Table d'hôtes in Payrin, Tarn, South West France

Table d'hôtes Mazamet South France

Table d'hotes (Table of the Host - Meaning a Meal with the Host) is a French tradition.
During summer meals are served on the outdoor terrace or on the veranda, in winter they are served by the fireplace in the dining room.
During the hunting season, wild boar and deer are cooked by your host Jacques, who is a hunter himself.

Brigitte prepares all the home made jams offered for breakfast - strawberries, marmalade, blackberry, fig, prune, watermelon, bilberry, mirabelles...

We do not provide any "typical" menus as all our products are seasonal, we grow most of our own vegetables on site, and therefore the produce varies depending on the time of your visit.
